• OUR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
• OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
• THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
• THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH OUR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BRYQON, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US DURING THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bryqon, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to:

• Your use of our services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
• Your conduct in connection with our services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
